There has been a lot of talk lately about how coloring isn't just for kids; it helps adults relax, too.
And, so, of course I had to try this. The first book I ordered on Amazon was Color Me Calm. It's completely out of stock, and I waited a few months before giving up, and ordering, Adult Coloring Book: Stress Relieving Patterns.
For me, coloring is stress relieving, but I have to forgive my mistakes. I'm a perfectionist, so coloring can get out of control. In so doing, I allowed myself to quit the three pictures on the left because I didn't like how they were turning out; if my OCD was bad, I would have had to complete them.
As you can see, I did have fun finishing three pages. Two are colored in Crayola colored pencil, and the middle image is colored with Sharpie fine tip markers. I actually prefer the color pencil, but both work well and don't bleed.
