So I'm starting a new job, trying to put together three new classes, and generally hoping to keep my life together.
Last week while mountain biking, I tried to think up mountain biking and life zen. Here's what I came up with!
Look where you want to go.
Don't look at tree or over a cliff, and think, "Don't go there!" Because then you will. Look ahead. Focus on where you want to be.
If you panic, you'll crash. Period.
If you don't fall, you're not going fast enough.
Seriously? Push yourself.
If you do fall, get up.
No really. The car isn't going to get any closer just because you're bleeding. Get back on your bike; even if it hurts, it's faster than walking.
